My Vytek laser system went down 3 weeks ago and I was not able to get it back up and running this time, so I purchased a new system. Everything is good now. I'm back in production mode and fulfilling orders once again but I am behind 1, maybe 2 weeks on my turnaround time for new orders. I'll be working weekends and longer hours to shorten your wait time.

As you may or may not know my laser system went down and I could not get it back to operational this time so I purchased a new system which is in my studio and set up. I expected to be fully trained by the manufacturer last Thursday and be in production by Friday but that didn't happen. I received the balance of my training on Tuesday 5/4 only to find out there are software issues that the manufacturer and I must work through. It has been one thing after another but we are making progress and getting closer to production, one step at a time. I can still produce proofs. It is the laser etching part that is delayed. I know that you are frustrated by the wait, you have every right to be. I'm frustrated too. I apologize, I'm doing the best I can to get orders completed and get back in business. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
