Eric, "Parkers urn arrived yesterday. The outer cardboard box was soaked. Your packaging was damp but the peanuts were dry as was the AMAZING protective foam/plastic wrap. Thank you for taking so much care packaging such a special piece, my heart sank a little when i saw the box so wet, but i felt relief as soon as i opened it and saw the careful job you did to protect the urn. The craftsmanship of the box and color was beautiful, the stone was exactly like the proof and we are very thankful for that. You did a wonderful job helping us to celebrate our precious boy Parker. Eric, Got the marker last Friday (the 13th) and it is fabulous! Installed this weekend and my wife and I love it. Blu was the sixth dog to be buried in our "graveyard" and his marker is by far the most impressive. We had searched for a while to find something appropriate. This far exceeded our hopes. It is absolutely the best. We have two dogs now and if and when they pass on we will come back to you. I will highly recommend you to any and all people in need of a pet memorial. Good Evening, I wanted to reach out to you. I received Gypsy’s head stone, plaque and gratis plaque a few days ago. I just want to thank you. For the kindness and gratis gift. But mostly the respect you showed my sweet angel with honoring her memory. Gypsy touched so many lives with her demeanor and lovingly lazy ways. I was hit with a double tragedy in a short period of time. The week before I had to make the toughest decision of my life my grandmother passed away unexpectedly from complications from surgery so I do apologize if I was “short” in my emails. December of 2021 was the worst month of my life. Thank you so much for honoring her so beautifully. I wish you had had the honor of meeting her amazing soul before I had to help her cross the rainbow bridge. You would have loved her too! Unknowingly you let Gypsy still guard her couch because at my best friends house we would walk the dogs and she would guard the couch. So one plaque will be guarding the couch where she’s buried and one will be guarding the other couch she habitated. Is there any link you can send me so I can leave a review? Eric, Toby’s urn is beautiful. We received Toby’s urn yesterday and brought it down to the funeral home so they could place him in the urn. To say I was emotional when I saw it would be an understatement. I cried just as if he left me today. Thank you so much for the lovely urn. It does mean so much to me. Eric, Tracking showed that the stone arrived on time, however, we were out of town. We just got the chance to open it and it's absolutely a thing of beauty. I can't wait to give this to the family and give them some closure since poor Gage had to be put down while everyone was away. Thank you very much for this amazing tribute to our friend.
